Custom Mail-Tags

I am using a theme that has custom fields. On the Mail section of the contact form 7, some Mail-Tags work, while some dont:

1. Property Location (I have tried [cf47rs_property_location] , [_property_location] , [property_location] , [_property-location] BUT NON works.

2. Agent (I have tried [cf47rs_agent] , [_agent] , [agent] BUT NON works)

But the following tags work – [_post_url] , [_post_title]

Any ideas?
