    Hi there,

I have been experimenting with your Free Pinnacle theme for a few weeks to decide if it’s what I need before making the purchase.

I have run into a problem with the logo upload.

    I have uploaded various sizes,

    80 tall x 500 wide (pixels)
    47 tall x 381 wide (precise size)
    30 tall x 30 wide (test cube)

All these were uploaded as jpegs and png’s for transparency an all three sizes failed.
I tweaked the header spacing multiple time without success.
I even tried adjusting the Logo Container width from 16% – 50% and still nothing.

In the end, what I end up with is an empty area without a logo, “I have used many themes in the past and never had this much trouble adding a logo. It should not be this difficult, so what gives?”

Here is the link to the image that I currently have loaded there:

Check my homepage here to see how it does not show:

    Please advise,

    ~Indigo

  • Hey Indigo,
Sorry for the delay and your troubles.

The pinnacle theme has two spots for a logo upload depending on your header settings. For example if you set your header to be transparent in the theme options > site header. Then right under that option you need to set the logo for when it’s transparent. If your turning transparency off then you need to set the logo for the non transparent header.

Here are the two differences in the free demo: https://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle/ – transparent header
    https://themes.kadencethemes.com/pinnacle/contact-us/ – non-transparent header.

The option allows you to have two different color logos depending on what you selected for the header.

    Thanks for the response,
I sent you a reply immediately via gmail, but I assume you did not get it, so I will post it here:

I am following what you are saying and it still does not work.

    What you said:
“For example if you set your header to be transparent in the theme options > site header. Then right under that option you need to set the logo for when it’s transparent.”

I have a screen shot of what that section currently looks like in my site, but I do not know how to attach it here.

Here is my site, sans the logo:

Okay, I figured out how to get you a screen shot to view what is happening.
    Here is the link: ScreenShot

Under the section “Logo for Transparent Header”
I have the logo I have been trying to use and it is still failing to appear.

Do you also have the logo added for the non-transparent? You have to add both.

    Aha!!!, finally!
I bit odd that I had to load my logo into two places instead of one global upload point, but it works finally!

Thank you!, now the only thing I have to figure out is the shopping cart and I will definitely buy this theme!

    “Cheers!”
