Custom Login URL Works but so does /WP-Admin

Hi, the custom login URL is working but shouldn’t I no longer be able to access /WP-Admin? It seems to just redirect to the custom login URL. This is the URL I get
https://www.domain.com/custom-login/?redirect_to=https://www.domain.com/wp-admin/&reauth=1
