Custom Login url having messed layout

    Hi khan.shabnam that sounds like a Theme conflict. What theme are you using? Can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen to see if it is a theme issue.

    If the above does not help can you deactivate all your other plugins except this one and carry out another test.
