    Hi,

I am having an issue with using Custom Login URL.
After I set custom Login URL to login,
I am able to access it. But regardless of me inputting the correct or wrong password, it will just keep showing me the same login page and never redirect me to admin dashboard.

    Below are my troubleshooting:

    – I enabled “Disable automatic redirection to the login page when /wp-admin/ is requested by an unauthorized request”

    – I am using WP super cache, I tried both disabled the plugin and add “login” in
” Add here strings (not a filename) that forces a page not to be cached. For example, if your URLs include year and you dont want to cache last year posts, it’s enough to specify the year, i.e. ’/2004/’. WP-Cache will search if that string is part of the URI and if so, it will not cache that page.”

    – I tried to deactivated all other plugins and leave only Cerber as active. But I am still having the same issue

    – As long as I save custom login URL as blank, I can login and it will redirect to admin dashboard again.

Refer to screen record : https://www.loom.com/share/a9b44f5da1b84e138bc946b37a9bcd3b

    Thanks
    Regards

    Hi!

Do you check the Activity log? How were your attempts to log in logged? Were there “logged in” events? It’s important to understand the root cause: there is no redirection OR authentication was not completed.

    Hi,

I managed to resolve the issue by just changing to another theme, it works perfectly now.

    Thanks
    Regards
