• Hi,
I created a custom URL using alphanumerical. I then changed it by inserting a special character (%), which was accepted at first, but got deleted, when I saved the settings. I figured specail characters are not allowed here.

But then I got an email sent by WPcerber, giving me notice the URL had been changed, including the “%”. This email makes no sense, if URL does not allow special characters.

    Hi!

Don’t use special characters. They can lead you to some unpleasant situation when some URL stop working in some browser. Some browsers and emails clients decode and display them properly, some don’t.

I’ll check the email notification function in the plugin.
