Custom Login Pages Integration

Hello there,
I love this plugin and so far it seems to work, however, there is no fb login button displayed on my login/register page.
I am currently using a plugin called ‘Theme My Login’.
I am guessing I need to manually edit the plugin’s forms and insert the necessary code.
My question is, what code do I need to put in and where?
