@scriptgeni – You can just insert a normal menu item for that page if you like. If you mean for the redirect settings, that would require using a filter to override the default link wp outputs, which is what we use there. It may also require that your login form match exactly how the core login forms work as we pass in the redirect the way that core accepts it, if your form doesn’t do it the same way it won’t work out of the box either.
There are plugins to do what your after(replace the login page).
