    Hi,

    We’re unable to log in to the Woo mobile app every time we enable custom URL login on our website backend. Can someone help us with this?

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I understand you’re not able to log in using the WooCommerce mobile app, correct?

    The app communicates with your site using the XML-RPC protocol, which seems to be disabled on your site.

    The response should say “post requests only”. I suggest contacting your hosting provider about this first, they might be blocking the file on purpose.

    If that doesn’t appear to be the case, you can investigate whether any of your plugins or the theme is causing the issue. To perform a conflict test, you can follow the instructions outlined in this guide: How to Test for Conflicts.
