I am using profile builder (free plugin on www.remarpro.com) for logins only. I enabled the captcha (mathematics) on custom login pages and it works.

The issue begins when I want to disable it. When I disabled the maths captcha for custom login forms I am unable to login through the custom login page (profile builder), gets rejected. When I tried using the V2 recaptcha through your plugin I cannot login from the custom login page. I then tried using the V2 recaptcha from profile builder, gets rejected too. Only when I go back to the captcha from your plugin (standard 1+3 etc.) for custom login forms it lets me login. I cleared the cache so I am not convinced it is a caching issue.

    Please advise.

Hi, do you have a cache plugin installed in your site? If you do, can you clear your cache and also the browser cache. Then carry out a test. Let me know what happens.

    Thank you

    Thank you for your reply.

I wrote in the first message that I cleared the cache. This doesnt appear to be related to the cache, I also switched to a different browser and I am still getting the same problem. I suspect this custom login captcha is also affecting the login of a premium login plugin I have where the captcha is not displayed. It is a major issue and I cant get the custom login captcha to stop. I can say it started several months ago.

I will add that if I try to disable the security plugin the website stops loading, I get an error message on all pages unless I reactivate the plugin. I am not sure if it is related to the custom login captcha error.

Also, another thing I am adding, the failed login attempts stopped working since the end of 2018, I am noticing it now. I am not even sure the lockdown feature is working. I tried turning it off to see if it fixes the custom login captcha issue but no, the error persists.

Please read the above reply first.

I figured where the conflict is. If I have a captcha, any captcha from the security plugin on admin login page (wp-login), any captchas I use on the custom login page (in this case profile builder) will not work, no one will be able to login through the custom page. If I remove the captcha for wp-login the captchas on the custom login page will work and allow users to login. This is something you might want to address, please advise.

The other issues I am having is in the prior reply, the failed login attempts are no longer stored and if I try to deactivate the plugin the website breaks, nothing loads, just an error message.

Hi, it sounds like you have run into a few issues. I think the best option at this stage is to reset our plugin and start again with the settings.

Please check the following documentation how-to-reset-aiowps-plugin.

Let me know if the above helps you.

    Thank you

    Hello,
I have exactly the same problem, can’t login while reCAPTCHA is activated.
I use Ultimate Membership Pro plugin.

Is it possible to resolve the issue?

    Thanks in advance.
