• Good evening. I’m using free version of Spectra I wanted to know if there was the ability to customize login form via css.

I just need the space needed to enter username and password under the respective labels.

    Thanks.

  • Hi @nivaria_achinet,

Thanks for getting in touch with us.

The login form block is accessible in Spectra Pro only. Nevertheless, utilizing custom CSS code provides the flexibility to not only modify spacing but also implement various other styling enhancements. However, we have also padding and other styling options in the login form block settings.

    I’ll explain my case.
On my site I installed a plugin to create quizzes and I set that quizzes can only do them who is registered to the site.
Talking to the plugin developers told me that the style of login form depends on the theme.
I don’t think that inserting a block of login forma and stylished it inside a page, automatically the login of the quiz is equal to that of the page.

    Hi @nivaria_achinet,

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please share the website URL on which i can see the login form so that I can assist you.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi @nivaria_achinet,

Thanks for sharing the URL. I am seeing you are using the login form block provided by Gutenberg which is the WordPress default editor. It has limited options. You have to write the custom CSS code to design it accordingly. However, we have login form block with advanced options in the Spectra Pro, you can also use it.

I am NOT obligatorily using login form block by Gutenberg. Is the quiz plugin that decides to use it because it depends on the theme you are using.
And I imagine that your login form block can not help me because it must be applied to a single page and not to all login to the site. Right?

    Hi @nivaria_achinet,

I am not aware of the quiz plugin that you are using. Plugin CSS has more priority than theme CSS code. However, if they are not providing any design to the login form and are dependent on the theme, I would suggest you to use the custom CSS code. Our login form which comes with the Spectra Pro, can be used on any page and it is just like the WordPress login form with more advanced features for the users.

    Have a nice day!
