Custom Link On Menu is Missing

Can you share a screen capture of your entire wp-admin > Appearance > Menus page? It should look something like this.

Also, what WordPress version are you on? What theme and version is your site on? Are you logged in as an admin?

I see from your latest screen capture you are using something called “Themify”? I think you need to consult Themify’s documentation or reach out to their support team to help you.

To get you started though, I did a quick search and found this. You can easily search for your theme’s documentation yourself.

On Appearance > Menus > Screen Options, make sure you have “Custom Links” enabled: https://cl.ly/0636cf7c95cf
