custom link not displaying on menu editor

  • Hello, I have an issue on displaying custom link when I go to the Menu page in Appearance.
    The “Custom Links” box does not appear so I can add a custom link.
    The only boxes I can edit are “Pages”, “Categories”, “Tags”.

    Is there a way I can add a custom link directly in the functions.php? Or I’m just missing a showing option?
