Hi, I have created a custom link menu item – “Contact” and I am trying to have it link to one of the widgets in the footer or the footer itself instead of creating a page for this info. I have looked at several solutions and I can’t get it to work. I’ve tried adding an anchor tag to the text of that widget in the footer, I’ve tried linking it to #footer, something is amiss. Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @jensdes,

I saw your website, and it it full screen. According to my knowledge when we use full screen sections or full screen website that time custom link with the same page or another page not working.

@pradeepphule Thanks for your reply. Do you (or anyone else) know how I can get around this to accomplish what I want? Thanks in advance.

You don’t have a #footer you have a #footer-outer and a #footer-widgets id. Placing them in the menu doesn’t seem to have much of an effect. This is a premium theme from theme forest correct. You should ask the developers for support.

Yes that’s correct. I was struggling to figure out how to find the IDs to begin with. Thanks I will reach out for theme support.
