Custom link for Gallery widget pictures

    I would link to make the three pictures at the bottom, before the footer, clickable to a specific page. I looked everywhere in the custom widget and the only options are no link or link to media file, or media directory.

    How can I link the pictures to a specific page?

    yes, I figured out a way to make it work. I used another gallery widget that came with a plug in called “Widgets for SiteOrigin” . with this one the option was present.

    however I am still wondering if it is possible with the default gallery widget option, as it showed up a little bit better on mobile.

    The Gallery Custom Links plugin allows you to link images from the native/default WordPress gallery to a specified URL.

    Here’s a screenshot of the Gallery creation/editing pop-up with this plugin activated:

    NOTE: When I tested this, the custom URL box didn’t appear in Gutenberg’s sidebar for the Gallery block, but it appears in the pop-up window while creating or editing the gallery.

    Thanks this works fine! I had seen this extension before but could not install it due to my older php version. I updated it, installed the extension and now it works perfectly
