Custom Label cannot recognize the Traditional Chinese Character

Using “Wolmart Extra Options” to add label for the products
Since our products will add the traditional Chinese Character (maybe utf-8), when edit in bulky and save, the label will turned into eng and numbers.

For example: “熱賣” turned to “U71B1U8CE3”

When every time I change the products’ Menu order in Bulky and save, the labels all turned as the above example.

Is there any possible ways to fix this problem?
