    Hi,

I have a Custom Job Search Form on my home page and the the redirect to the jobs page is working as well as the Keywords Search field, however the location field is not being pulled down from the query string.

On the filter of my main job search that is redirects to it is a select box and is using the word “region” not “location”.

    For example – name=”search_region”

    any help greatly appreciated!

You’re using ‘predefined regions’ plugin which replaces our default locations box, so it won’t pass through the string.

I see Mike thanks for your help. Maybe I can modify the keyword search so that if a keyword matches a predefined region it will being up that specific job. As I am gathering the keyword only searched the job title.

    Is that correct ?

As I am gathering the keyword only searched the job title.

It also searches the description and a few other fields, but can’t recall exactly which ones at the moment. May have to test to see if it’ll pick up on regions, but my guess would be that it won’t. ??
