Actually, none of our add-ons offers the ability to award points over time

But you can limit any requirement like award a points for comment, visit a post, etc in the time period you want (per minute, per hour, per day, per week, per month and per year) as explained here:

You can limit the points award to allow earn them the number of times you want as explained here:
