Custom interface for adding options and and their arrangement

I’d like to create an ecommerce site with customizable products.

A good example of the type of features I am looking for would be a pizza builder.

You have different sizes with base prices and then toppings that you can addon. Some toppings are free and others are premium toppings that come at an additional fee.

You also need to track which half of the pizza has each topping and how many times that topping was added (did they double up on bacon, etc.)

I know how to create the interface and get the data needed, but I am completely lost on how to integrate this type of thing into Woocommerce, affecting price through the interface and passing a long the custom data about the order toppings and configuration.
