Custom Interactive Fields

    Apologies if I opened a topic that already exists.
    I searched through the forum and didn’t find the relevant solution.

    I’m looking for a tool/way that will allow me to create custom field that interacts with the client – when he puts in one value, he gets another at the end. Preferably showing multiple results based on what client has put in.

    The ideal design of that form would be just embedded to the website like in this example below:
