Custom Input textbox not showing in pdf

In contact form I have use the 2-3 custom dynamic textbox. It will generated runtime and its multiple. I have use <input> type to generate them and it will generated by Jquery. check here https://i.imgur.com/lzRrSwU.png my form fields.

I want to send this multiple fields also in pdf but SEND PDF FOR CONTACT FORM 7 plugin not provide this facility by default. Anyone can tell me how to solve this issue.
