Custom input fields on order tracking page

  • Hi,

    I would like to ask if there is a possibility of adding a custom text-input field to my order tracking page. E.g. I want users to add their website details after an order is made. Same like the ‘add note’ function but then customisable so i can ask for several things like; website, password, etc.

    Hi golxdesign,

    You could do so by adding new custom fields by navigating to the “Custom Fields” tab. You could then select “Order Information Displayed” from the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab to select the information you want to display on the order information page.
    Please note that you would be only able to add email as a verification method before an order information is displayed (and this can be set to either order number or order number + associated email and isn’t customizable at the moment).
