Custom image ad won’t show.

    Hello! I created a custom image ad and it will not show on any page. I have the selected placements to be in the header. Here are the things I’ve tried after reading the manual:

    Creating a dummy ad will not show, debug mode will not show, checked all known plugin and theme conflicts, ad blockers disabled. The ad is published, not seeing any issues in ad health.

    I’m sure I am overlooking something or have done something wrong, but I’m really not sure where to go from here. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you for all of the free help you provide here on the forums, and I hope you have a good holiday season!

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please check if you’re using the <head> placement (under AA > placements) for your ad. This placement is actually not the right choice here. It’s used to place code on the non-visual <head> section of your website. You can read more about the other options to place visible ads on your websites header-section right here in our manual.
