Custom Icons Appearing Smaller

  • I’m looking to create an email button with the “mailto” feature. I’ve followed the instructions on the FAQ page that describe how to save the mail icon button and re-upload it as a custom icon. That works fine. However, when I upload it, it appears slightly smaller than the non-custom icons I already have in place. I’ve tried 3,000 variations. Please help!

    Thanks Sara. Could it be that the pic you’re uploading has an edge around it?

    No, no edge. I was saving the exact ‘mail’ icon from your website and uploading it as custom so it could function as “mail:to.” The other icons were bigger (60px), and you would think the custom upload would be the same as I selected all icons should be 60px in question 5. I solved the problem by changing the icons to 40px and uploading the email icon again. Everything is the same size, just smaller.

    I am having the same issue. I originally had my icons at 60 px but the custom only loads around 40 so I had to shrink my others down to make them match. The image is over 300px round. Thanks in advance.
