Ok, could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…

– The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
– Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

I did clear my browsers cache. I am even using a different browser. Do you see the custom icons, since it is the first time visiting the site?

I do not have any cache plugin installed on the site.

If i change page and then go back to the plugin’s page, they disappear.

Aha, now we’re getting somehwere… on https://www.ultimatelysocial.com/uploading-custom-icons/, in the troubleshooting section at the bottom, could you please check the point on the “GD library function”? I assume it’s that.

Php gd is installed now. But again custom icons dissapear. Cache is cleared completely.

Ok, and the following GD library functions are working properly? getimagesize, imagecreatefrompng, imagecreatefromgif, imagecreatefromjpeg, and imagecreatefromjpeg

@rosso711 Plesae do not offer the author admin access, that is going to far and the author could get into real trouble for accepting that.
