    I am trying to create a custom icon to link to my Mail Chimp sign up. I used a graphic as an example, and I’ve deleted that graphic from the Media section of my website. But everytime I try to create another custom icon it goes back to this graphic.

    Could you please clear cache? By that, I mean…

    – The browser cache, see https://www.solutionbay.com/solutions/dont-know-how-to-clear-the-cache-1
    – Please also check if you have a cache plugin installed. If so, please disable it temporarily, and check if it’s ok now

    Does it work then? Note: Your website doesn’t seem accessible.

    Thanks for letting me know about the website. It’s fixed now.

    When I was trying to get it to work last night, I cleared the cache. That did not help. Eventually, I got it to work. I can’t remember exactly what I did. I think that I had to have two custom icons – assign the URL to both – and then delete one of them. But that may not be exact. I just tried a bunch of different ways, and eventually one of them worked.
