Custom Hybrid theme has vanished with new WordPress update

My WordPress automatically updated to the new 3.5 version, via my webhost (Hostgator), and now the customized theme that I created via the Hybrid theme has vanished, and the website looks terrible. I created the customized them through an online website design course, so I’m not super familiar with how this all works. But I went back through the course notes, and re-installed the stylesheet through Filezilla, and it only update the background colour of the website. All of the other customized settings of the website are gone. Can someone please help?? I am not super great at this stuff so as much details as possible are appreciated.
