    All other images are being replaced properly with WebP, but images in Custom HTML Widget not replaced;
    <img src="/wp-content/uploads/ads/filename.jpg">
    I uploaded filename.jpg.webp: /wp-content/uploads/ads/filename.jpg.webp

    Hi,

    Please enable advanced debug log to your IP , and then access the page contains this widget

    you should see a log entry like this

    [Media] webp replacing: /wp-content/uploads/ads/filename.jpg => LSC_Media->replace_webp()@851 => LSC_Media->_replace_buffer_img_webp()@736 => LSC_Media->_finalize()@424 => LSC_Media::finalize()@407

    please post the logs 5 lines before and 5 lines after

    I just tested your code with default WP theme and widget set up.

    Did your theme has its own widget setting ?

    Did you purge after you edit the widget ?
