Custom HTML Not Working

Hello, I am new to all this an am having trouble getting my custom HTML code to work. This is a link directly from a company whom I am an affiliate for and I would like to place this ad on my blog. I copy and paste this code exactly as is from the affiliate website, but absolutely nothing appears on my page. Any ideas? This is the code below
