Custom HTML in header not reacting

  • I hardcoded some HTML into my header.php so that I could have a Call To Action button/link at all times in my header. It says “REQUEST INFO”. However, it looks like in the theme I’m using, there is a script or something that has the items in the header slightly move up when the user scrolls. I’m assuming this is some JavaScript, which I’m not as familiar with.

    Is there a way I could make it so this script would also apply to the new HTML I wrote in my header.php file? Thanks! The page is:
