Custom HTML – doesn’t work with Administrator settings on a MultiSite

I am an Administrator for one page of a WordPress Multisite. I do not have Super Admin permissions (and don’t want them), but the Custom HTML feature that I need for my site, does not work when I publish at my user level. If I get my Super Admin to publish it for me, then I can not edit the page again myself without it breaking the feature. Please help.
