Custom Home page with Multiple Blocks

Hi,
I am new to wordpress. I create a my own custom-homepage.php and use this as a separate template file my template file name is <?php/*Template Name: Custom homepage Template*/?>

I (use the page.php code for my custom-homepage.php) removed sliders, sidebar which are not required for the page.

Now i need a unique design to my custom-homepage.php excatly like this

and all contents in the page can be edit by user to change it periodically.

I struck with this for a long… Any tutorial links or guidance will be helpful.
