    hi,

    I changed the domain of my blog and the change in file management has left me with missing content – which is my custom header logo png file “background.png” The file is in WP Content > Modern Themes folder > Images of my WP directory. Blog: https://www.messageworks.ca

    Prior to the change the file original showed fine and was placed in the CSS as:
    ******************************************************
    [ LAYOUT ]
    *******************************************************/

    body {
    background: #fff url(images/background.png) no-repeat;

    At this point the header does show in preview posts or pages but not on the blog itself. I have tried re-naming the file, and doing exactly what I did before. Nothing changes.

    I am wondering if anyone might have a suggestion as to why this is happening?

    Thanks!

    Your background image is pointing to this domain https://pjf-marketing.com is that even your site?

    I should say my problem is that I am using the plug in Theme Tweaker and not that familiar with how to change the CSS with that plug in.

    Oops. No header in the preview now, nothing at all

    It is apparent that the image file you need isn’t even pointing in the right place. You just need to point it in your current domain’s theme/images folder and it should show up just fine…

    Royho – thanks
    ok dumb question, but how do i do this (point)?

    I tried to edit the css to include the new domain/imagefolders but it still doesnt show the header. It showed for me for a while, but not on anyone else’s computer. Ive edited it since, and now its shows
    nothing

    Any suggestions, appreciated.

    I am not sure what you did to tell you if it’s correct or not. You have to be very specific on which file you edited in which foler and what CSS did you put.

    Looking at your header ID, I don’t see a background-image declared hence no image is showing…

    Royho,
    I am going to discuss with the hosting co, the file wants to point to the old domain. I will post back when I figure it out. thanks!
