Custom header issues

    Hi Munir. I’m trying to use Editor Plus to style a custom header in WP 5.9.3 but settings are not being applied. Just wanted to check that EP does work with WP 5.9.3 (custom header as template part) and, if so, what I might be doing wrong? I’m trying this on a completely clean install of WP 5.9.3 (2022 theme with just the EP plugin – no others). Hoping you can help. Thanks!

    Hi @chrisbennett

    We are not fully supported with FSE yet. Thus this won’t work yet.

    Hi Munir. That’s a shame, but good to know that I wasn’t being stupid! Have you any idea when you will be fully supported with FSE?

    Not a shame, really; many plugins don’t support FSE yet as it’s still in beta. I don’t have any estimated timeline yet; I am waiting for it to get stable enough to work on.

    For creating websites? It depends if you can keep up with breaking changes (if any). I’ve redone some of my websites using FSE as I can handle if something breaks with an update later.

    As a developer of a plugin, I just want to make sure things are stable enough with FSE.
