Custom Header & Footer Template

    I’m searching for a template that allows me to have my own custom headers and footers on individual pages or categories. Ideally it would enable any widgets. I have activated WAY too many themes (free and premium) that claim to allow this, but to no avail.

    Any and all help would be welcome…sorry if it’s a totally lame question, but I can’t find solutions!
