Custom Google Search issue on IE

my problem is my wordpress custom google search program. it works in chrome and in firefox but it does not work in IE. when I click search it does not display anything at all, and does not function when I click search.

Doing some initial research it appears it may be missing a element in the <DIV>

If you can attach the link for the custom search engine I’ll see if I can see anything out of sorts.
