Custom Gift Card Codes

    I have a list of existing active gift cards from another plugin. I would like to transfer these codes over to your gift card plugin. I know your plugin randomizes codes but does it allow for custom codes to be made or not?

    I’m afraid we don’t have this feature yet. @feature

    I can submit this as a feature suggestion for the development team to review. But there is no guarantee that this feature will definitely be included in future updates as we also can’t give any official ETAs if this feature included in the future.

    is the functionality of creating a gift card identical to creating a new coupon? I notice this has a field for “Coupon code” and then directly underneath it has a button to generate coupon code that populates the coupon code field.

    Hi @adamgarnett,

    Our gift card code is created automatically on the backend when the gift card product is bought. The codes are tied to our store credit feature so it is different than coupon.
