Custom Gallery Slide Link (added in media) Not Working With Post

  • When I use custom gallery shortcode it does not link to the slide link (added in media)when used with any post. It does work with gallery. I do the following: Custom Gallery – category – Links – Slide Link (added in media editor). I use both in new and same window. When I view the page it does show the images correctly, but there is no link for the post. I can not figure out why. Someone please help me.

    Had the same problem, fixed it by replacing in the code :
    link="custom"
    instead of link="post"
