Custom front page and different page for posts

    Hi

    So I want to make a WordPress theme with the following structure:

    A static front page. (For which I use front-page.php)
    A page for posts that it’s called ‘topics’. (So it will be accesible like mywebsite.com/topics/. And I assume that index.php should handle this.)
    And a custom post type for blogs, names ‘blog’. mywebsite.com/blog/

    Can somebody help me do that?
