custom forms and fields not restoring from backups

  • Hi, I’m using WP Hide, but have the same problem with all backups and staging site creations – all custom forms and fields are missing even when I roll back. Full daily backups are created directly from my Closte hosting. Could any WP Hide setting be causing an issue with the database restore? Thank you.

    Hi,
    This should work fine, can you send more details on how to replicate the issue? What kind of custom forms and fields are you using?

    Do you make any WP Hide changes between the back-up creation and restore? once restored, try to re-generate the permalinks, by going to WP Hide options ( any ) and click save.
