Custom forms and Data Collection – Front-end

Hi there,

First of all. Love ultimate member! Clean. Looks great!

Let me tell you about my vision. I plan to construct a members website where the person can submit data (such as the date, rating, picture, place) of their recreational activity (such as surfing, kayaking) into a form on their profile, which then gets stored in a server database. They would be able to access the data (like a logbook) on their profile.

It seems the forms builder on ultimate member is absolutely perfect for making this happen. I just have no idea where to start! Or whether it’s possible?

Any help or direction will be greatly appreciated.
