    Does osTicket Connector have support for custom forms?

    I’m rebuilding our systems “from scratch” and would like to use osTicket Connector as a complete bridge between WordPress and osTicket. However, we rely heavily on several custom forms, and I see no way of getting that information from WordPress into osTicket. Is this possible?

    Hello.

    Yes it does.

    But for now implementation of osTicket Connector based on the hook for wp_mail action and it means that your custom form have to send mail.
