Custom format mail to contact person

    Hello,

    I made an custom e-mail format for sending to the contact person (first field under mail formats of an event). But it is not overruling the default format… All the other formats are overruling the default formats with no problems..

    Any idea where the problem lies?

    I tried with both a custom template format and just custom entry: both override the default as expected. I’m guessing you need to do some more testing …

    Hi Franky, thanks for the reply.

    Hmm ok.. i’ll try to create another event to see if i notice the same issue.
