Custom form that did work with slider posts to 404

  • I have a custom-built contact form that posts fine on its own but recently we’ve been getting spam so I found your plugin looking to prevent bots using it.

    When I add the slider it works, it prevents submission of the form until unlocked, but the once-successful POST now suddenly goes to a 404 page, despite the URL being the same and both HTTP_REFERER and REQUEST_URI reporting it is in the correct place.

    Any idea why, or how the POST is being altered that might cause this?

    I gave up and remade the page with CF7, missing a few features of my custom form but it works with the slider now.
