    Dear support,
    I followed your guide to use your plugin with a custom form, unfortunately it does not seem to work as expected.

    1- I think I set everything correctly but it shows “You have entered an incorrect reCAPTCHA value.”.
    2- The Google reCAPTCHA check seems not to be required so, checked it or not, the registration process goes on anyway.

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

    We visited your site and found the problem.

    We saw that you are using three different forms on one page, two forms are initially hidden. And you added reCAPTCHA to each of them.

    Our plugin doesn’t have this functionality. You can display one reCAPTCHA on the page.

    If you have programming skills, then you will cope with this modification easily or we can help you, but this is tech assistance service.

    Hi,
    thanks for your kind reply. I understand what you mean, anyway if you open the “Sign up” form from the homepage you will realize it happens exactly the same. I did not enable it for the login one, so this is the only form which uses the reCAPTCHA on that page.

    Any suggestion?

    Hi,

    You should have received an email with our answer to your ticket.
    But sometimes email messages can go to the spam folder. Please check it.
