Custom form for wordpress- Need a plugin for custom form

  • Hello, Everyone i want to create a contact form like this website:

    On the specific link you provided, I don’t see any contact form. The “Contact” page on that site has a generic contact form that ANY form builder plugin can do: you just need to make it multi-step (aka multi-page).

    I personally use and love Fominator, any form builder plugin can do this.
