Custom form fields not editable in profile

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up this plugin and everything works fine so far, except for one thing:
I used custom fields in my registration form, like company, function, phone number, etc.
I was able to have that extra information show up in a member profile, but if the member want to edit them, they are just not showing up anywhere.
How can this be setup so that members can update all their information ?
