Custom Form Fields

  • Hi,

    I’m wondering is it possible to add custom form fields to the ‘Chat Offline. Leave a message’ form?

    For example, a phone number input field, and a ‘Where did you hear about us?’ input field?

    I can’t seem to find how to do this in the free version, and was unsuccessful on getting an answer on wether it is an added feature when considering the paid version of the plugin

    Unfortunately @transposeaaron, this is not something supported at the moment by the plugin. We might consider it as a feature on our upcoming releases.
