custom form field integration in EME

I would like to customize EME with custom form fields. If I add form fields, they only appear in the CSV export, but I want to have them anywhere, as well in the booking overview. How can I do and how can I erase fields I don’t need?

The plugin is cool, but only makes send for us, if we can customize it – if it’s not possible, any free other free plugin to recommend?
