custom form 7 forcing page resize on Android

I have a form built with custom form 7, and it looks fine on a PC, but on a mobile device the page with the form resizes to half normal width – yet the form itself is full width. So the right half of the form extends past the white page background. Since the background behind the page is black, text on the right side of the form can’t be read. I’ve driven myself crazy trying to figure this out. If anyone can help that would be greatly appreciated.
